The Community Council has purchased five more benches and two picnic tables for the District Park, these have now been strategically placed to enhnace the enjoyment of the lovely park.

The Great Ashby Community Council can be made up of twelve members. Currently there are eight residents serving on the Council leaving four available spaces. Allotments Village Green
This project is still in the early stages of development and the feasibility study is under way including the drafting of the initial design. More information will be available as soon as a decision has been made to proceed with the project.

Supporting the issues important to our residents, Great Ashby Community Council formed in 2010 and holds a membership of eleven councillors. We believe people should fully enjoy the local area so we strive to continually improve visual and practical aspects of our community. Residents are welcome to attend council meetings held on the second Thursday of each month.
